Pledges

  • I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
  • Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.

Moment of Silence

  • The moment of silence this morning is dedicated to Dr. Matthew Mann, PISD Superintendent. Dr. Mann passed away on Saturday, November 20th—he was a dynamic leader who made deep connections with the people of PISD and the community. He brought the saying ‘Pride, pride—Eagle Pride’ to PISD when he became high school principal in 2012 and he will always be remembered each time we say it. In honor of Dr. Mann, we dedicate this moment of silence.
